Overall a 3. Customer service and communication was poor. 4 text and 5 phone calls unanswered. I understand the service department is understaffed. Service on the car was EXCELLENT. Runs like new with brakes, tires and some engine work. $2,200 cost but if it keeps running like it has this week, it will be well worth it! Great job by the person who did the work on the car. Recently purchased my car and brought it in for its first oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating because it took them three hours to do the oil change and they didn’t even reset the oil maintenance notification. Not sure the Southern Hospitality save of $60 was worth 3 hours of my time.

They can never seem to answer the phone. Getting them to try to process a repair claim through my warranty is like pulling teeth and the last time it took three trips in person to the dealership to get my repair covered. Finally unable to complete my repairing the timeline we had discussed resulting in me, not having a vehicle for an entire weekend.

I used Southern Hyundai service department twice where the service was horrendous. Both times, It took several days to diagnose and repair my car. In both cases, within several days, the problems they supposedly repaired resurfaced and required additional days to diagnose and repair.

Nick, Aiden and John were extremely attentive and helpful this evening. My sister went to see if she could qualify for the purchase of a car. They did everything possible to set her up to purchase a car. The were patient, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. My sister was so excited. She was convinced that some imperfections on her credit would be a problem, but they made it happen. Thanks so much for making this a great experience and we highly recommend this dealership.

The waiting area was clean and well stocked. The technicians were friendly and helpful. The work was preformed quickly and I was back out on the road in no time. I enjoy the free oil changes and safety inspections because I use the service shop at the dealer where I purchased the car.
