Steve was awesome from the beginning and the first day we stepped into the dealership. Nick (GSM), was super responsive when I presented him an offer from another dealer and Nick was quick to respond with a counteroffer and email me the offer within 30 mins. Nick (FM) was super attentive to our every need in completing all of the necessary paperwork and not being pushy with any of the extras. He explained everything and was patient when we needed more time to read and understand things.

I had a great experience with my sales consultant , christy. We went on a test drive with the vehicles I scheduled. She was knowledgeable on its features and showed me some new things I hadn't seen on my first test drive at a different dealership. I arrived early for my appointment and was signed in and put on the list of awaiting customers. The inspection was completed in 1 1/2 hours. For a Saturday, not bad.

I did not have much experience at this dealership I went to look at one particular car. There was something about the vehicle I did not like and Renee over to have the service department check it out. However she misunderstood that I was not ready to purchase. She had the issue fixed and filled up the tank and called me to find out when I was coming to pick up the car. She was under the assumption we had an appointment the next evening.
Great service, very comfortable waiting area, vehicle was finished ahead of schedule, highly recommend for service.
My experience was made into a 5 star visit by Rob, Nick and John. They worked for two days diligently with us for a special deal that fit us the best. They did not give up or just send us out the door with anything and i cant express how thankful i am for these three.

Giving them a 5 stars, they were pleasant and the service was great. Sean Pears was my service person. However I came in for a recall to be done but they did not have the part, the down side was, when I made the appointment, I said what it was for but was not told the part would not be available. But I also had my oil changed. At least I one thing done.
