I have been coming to this dealership for years. The service is always excellent and the representatives are friendly.

I don’t like the waiting time, I was at Southern for my appointment on time and I was there practically four hours and all they did was a diagnostic test. Katelin was good except upon billing I was told $1200 and I had to pay a part they didn’t have final bill was $917.67 the part is just a back door latch, I wanted to pay for the actual service that was done, also the LKA and high beam assist signs were showing on my dashboard and it still is the same so after 4 hours nothing was practically done.

The entire staff at the Southern Hyundai dealership was wonderful from my salesman to the finance department!

On 5/24/2025 we were shopping for a 2025 Hyundai Sonata. I was contacted by Amanda to come to Southern Hyundai in Chesapeake. I had to call the dealership 4 times to finally get my service issue resolved. The phone system is terrible. I was trying to call the Chesapeake Dealership and got transferred to a call center. No one could tell me who the service manager was. Finally Joe called me back. I do not recommend their service department.

Awesome experience. This is my second purchase here. I personally asked for Justin, he sold me the first car a few years ago. I remembered working with John on my first purchase also. Nick was very helpfuf also.

I needed an oil change for my 2023 Sante Fe and had scheduled an appointment with a the actual dealership I purchased from, but the bluelink indicated immediate service, so I call Southern and the offered same day service. All was done, besides the air cabin filter changed out.

They were great. We had an intermittent issue that was hard to spot but they test drove the vehicle multiple times to try to pinpoint things. They made following up with them super easy and everyone was super nice.
