Awesome people in service. I dropped my car off for an oil change and they provided me with an estimated completion time of between 3-6pm and would call me when ready. I asked why it would take so long and the lady in the middle explained that they are a full service shop that does everything from oil changes to replacing engines, so the type of work they have that day may dictate how the shop moves. It made sense and I appreciated her taking the time to explain it. She also let me know if I'm on a time crunch in the future to schedule my appointment as a waiter, which typically is 2hrs or less for the same reason but those spots are limited so be sure to pick the right kind when I book online. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain it. We all think oil changes should be quick, but the dealer is different than Walmart or Take 5. I got a text with recommended work and a video showing me my brakes around 4pm, I approved them and was able to get my car back a little after 6pm, probably 6:15. The advisor texted me around 5:45 to let me know they were still working on it and assured me they were staying until the work was completed so I could get my car back same day. I was able to get a Lyft ride back too which was helpful. I appreciate all they do. You guys have been great 👍

Very good effort by sales manager Eric and sales rep Justin to try to find a Santa Cruz that met our needs. Eric went to the Parts department to see if the tonneau cover was available to upgrade the SEL model to fit our needs. When that didn't work out, he located an out-of-state SEL Activity model that could be shipped in. We couldn't accept the deal for the out-of-state vehicle because it was a 2027 which would have required financing to get the sale price. Financing wouldn't have worked out for us. But we greatly appreciated all the effort to try to find us a suitable vehicle.
