I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall but also added an oil change a nd a tire rotation. My vehicle was there all day, but I was told in advance when it would be ready and it was. I am pleased with the service that I got and satisfiedwith my interaction with the service specialist. However, I could not get a confirmation by phone when I called to see if the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, despite some minor glitches, I am very satisfied with the service that I received and the service specialist was always polite and professional.

Great service. The dealership can schedule me in for saturdays. I don't have to miss work to get my car serviced.

The service personnel are great. My major complaint is that even though you make an appointment you still have to wait. I went in for a very short recall fix and was there for almost two hours. So appointment does not good.

The service assistant greeted me ,answered my concerns politely and made me feel welcomed. The service was done in a fair time. I had expected the vehicle to would have been cleaned after the service but it was not.
